There is no automatic Notion import yet. Material moves manually as text, files or forwards to the Telegram bot. If import matters to you, say so in your access request - we collect those.

No. Notion is a kit where you build the system yourself. VIO Tray is a ready personal space with one entry point through Telegram. Less flexibility, and seconds between a thought and a record.
