When a task manager stays the right choice
- The tasks are shared with a team: assignees, statuses and comments are Trello, Jira and the like.
- You need complex projects with dependencies, charts and reports.
- A method is already in place (GTD in Todoist) and it works.

Common questions
Can I work with tasks from Telegram only?
Yes. Creating, listing today's tasks, closing them and moving dates all work in the chat with the bot. The web interface is for seeing the whole board at once.
Are there subtasks and projects?
Tasks are grouped into lists and each has a status, a date and recurrence. Multi-level projects with dependencies are not our case.
What about teamwork?
The space is personal: no shared boards, no assignees. A team task belongs in a team tool.
