You cannot create a meeting by talking - you open a grid, find the day and fill in fields.

Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Yandex Calendar is in progress. For now VIO Tray events live inside VIO Tray.

When an ordinary calendar stays the right choice
- The calendar is shared with a team or family: invitations, access and meeting rooms are Google and Yandex, and that will not change.
- The schedule has to be on your phone and watch offline.
- Everything is already wired to work mail and corporate meetings.

Open the meeting and you see the note it grew from and the tasks attached to it. Preparation is not a search.
Reminders in the chat
Reminders arrive in Telegram - where you already dictate thoughts. Whatever you reply stays in the same space.
Meetings created on the move
“Call with the contractor Thursday at three, prepare the estimate” - one voice message and both the event and its task appear.

Common questions
Will there be Google Calendar sync?
Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Yandex Calendar is in progress. For now VIO Tray events live inside VIO Tray and reminders arrive in Telegram.
Can I create a meeting by voice?
Yes. A voice message to the bot is transcribed, the date and time are parsed from the text and the event appears in the calendar. If the date is ambiguous VIO Tray asks instead of guessing.
What about recurring events?
Recurrence is supported - habits and regular reminders are built on it.
