Pricing questions

Why publish prices if I cannot buy?

So you know the order of magnitude before leaving your contacts. We do not take payments yet: paid plans are granted manually on request and purchase buttons stay closed until sales open. This does not limit the free plan - it is open on ordinary sign-up.

Do I need a request to try the free plan?

No. Sign-up on the free plan is open: leave your email, a one-time password arrives by mail, replace it with your own on first sign-in, and the space is yours. No card and no request - those are only for paid plans while they are on the waitlist.

When do sales open?

We are not naming a date - promising dates we might move is worse than staying quiet. Leave a request and we will write as soon as we open up.

What happens when an AI limit runs out?

The product keeps working. Every AI action has a manual equivalent beside it: notes can be written and sorted by hand, tasks and events created yourself.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, though not self-service yet: paid plans are assigned by our team on request, and we switch your plan the same way when you ask. Material stays where it is - only the available capabilities and limits change.

What happens to my material if I stop paying?

Paid capabilities close and the material stays. Notes, tasks, events and documents export to DOCX or PDF at any time.

Is there a free plan forever?

Yes, and it has AI too. Free includes the whole space - notes, tasks, calendar, habits, dictionary, Telegram bot, export and 200 MB of files - along with 100,000 chat tokens a month, 50 summaries and 50 AI transfers a week, and 50 voice transcriptions. Paid plans differ not by having AI but by what it can do: from Base it starts searching your own material.
