Start with something you already want to do
Bring a few saved ideas together: coffee, a film, a recipe or a walk. Reactions help you see what interests your group. An unanswered reaction is not agreement.
Use the picker to narrow the options by time and budget. When you set a limit, ideas with unknown values are excluded so that the shortlist fits what you asked for.

Find a time for your people
Compare availability and settle on a date. The calendar shows plans by day, with week, month and list views. Choose the view that helps you see the next meeting clearly.
Availability helps you discuss a time; it does not replace an invitation or a person’s confirmation.
Make the agreement concrete
Connect the plan to a saved card. Add the start time and duration, invite the right people and keep useful details with the plan.
- Choose the idea you want to do.
- Set a date, time and duration.
- Check the invitations and ask people to reply.
- Review attendance before the day.
Group actions depend on the member’s access and the group owner’s subscription. You can start with your personal collection.
Keep useful memories afterwards
Mark your progress after the meeting and write down what you would like to remember. Your personal notes and impressions stay private. Share only the details you want your group to see.
From a place or wishlist to a plan
A saved place can become a walk, a recipe can become dinner and a wishlist can help organise a gift exchange. You do not need to decide on a date when you first save the idea.
