Shopping or gifts?
Shopping is useful for something you plan to buy. Gifts describes something you would like someone to give you. Include gift preferences and a specific variant when others will use the card to choose.
Places, activities, events and trips
Use Places for a specific location, Activities for something to do, Events for an occasion with a date, and Trips for a wider journey. A place needs coordinates to appear on the map.
Films, books, recipes and games
Add the film’s year so it is not confused with a remake. Name the book’s author and edition. For recipes, portions and ingredients help; for games, include the platform and number of players.
Review any imported details before sharing the card. The right category makes missing information easier to notice.
Ideas and learning can wait for a date
Choose Ideas for inspiration that does not fit another category. Learning is a useful home for a course or skill you want to explore. Save the idea first and decide when to do it later.
Organise the collection around your life
Categories describe what an idea is. Folders describe the occasion: a weekend folder can contain a film, a cafe and a recipe. Search and filters help you narrow the list without creating a complicated filing system.
